# Free vs Pro

## The free trial

## Buying Pro and restoring it

Click **Get Pro** in the app. You sign in with Google and checkout opens in your browser; when payment completes, Pro turns on for this Mac. There is no license key to keep track of.

On a new Mac, choose **I have a license** during setup and sign in with the same Google account. A license covers three Macs; signing in on a fourth signs one of the others out, and that Mac keeps free dictation.
