Sign-in methods

Mumble Note signs you in with Apple or Google. Each method creates its own account, so notes recorded under one are not visible under the other. The sign-in screen marks the method you used last with a Last used badge; stick with it. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email option, the account is tied to the private relay address Apple creates, which is normal.

Profile

Settings > Edit Profile lets you change your photo and name. The email is the one from your sign-in method and cannot be edited. Connect with another Google Account on the same page attaches a second Google address to this account. Use it if you also want to sign in with Google later, or if Mumble’s Google integrations should use a different Google account than the one you signed in with. App integrations

Sign out

Settings > Sign Out. Your notes stay in your account and come back when you sign in again. Signing out does not cancel a subscription. Manage your subscription

Delete your account

Settings > Edit Profile > Delete Account, then Confirm. This is immediate and permanent: your notes, recordings, and to-dos are deleted and cannot be recovered.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it with Apple first, or you will keep being billed for a plan you cannot use. How to cancel
