Mumble Note appears in the iOS share sheet for images. Use it to bring a whiteboard photo, a screenshot, or a page of a book into a note.

How to share

  1. In Photos, Safari, Messages, or any app, select up to 9 images and tap Share.
  2. Choose Mumble Note in the share sheet. Mumble opens right away with the images attached.
  3. Pick what to do with them:
    • Create a Voice Note: the recorder opens with the images attached. Talk about them, and the note combines what you said with what is in the pictures.
    • Save and extract text: Mumble saves the images and pulls the text out of them into a note.

Adding photos inside the app

You do not have to go through the share sheet. In the recorder, tap + and choose the photo option to attach images to the note you are recording. The Read Image toggle controls whether the AI reads what is in the pictures; it is on for Starter and Pro.
Reading images is a Starter and Pro feature. On Free, the images are saved with the note but not read. Compare plans
