Mumble Note subscriptions are bought and billed through the App Store, so Apple handles the receipt, renewals, and refunds. Mumble never sees your card.

Upgrade or change plan

Open Settings and tap the upgrade card, or tap Upgrade to Mumble Pro on any limit message. Pick Pro or Starter and monthly or annual, then confirm with Apple.
  • Moving from Starter to Pro, or from monthly to annual, takes effect immediately. Apple credits the unused part of the old plan.
  • Moving from Pro to Starter, or from annual to monthly, takes effect at the end of the current period.

Cancel

Cancel through Apple, not through Mumble: Settings on your iPhone > your name > Subscriptions > Mumble Note > Cancel Subscription. The same screen is reachable from Mumble under Settings > Edit Profile > Manage Subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period, then drop to Free. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are decided by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that bought the subscription, and choose the Mumble Note charge. If you are unsure whether you qualify, write to [email protected] and we will help.

A new iPhone, or a reinstall

There is no restore button to press. Sign in to Mumble Note with the same account you used when you subscribed, and your plan comes back on its own within a few seconds of opening the app.

The subscription is linked to another account

A subscription belongs to the first Mumble account that used it. If you signed in with Apple once and Google another time, you have two accounts, and the plan stays on the first one. Mumble shows Subscription already linked when this happens. Sign out and back in with the other method. If you would rather move the subscription, email [email protected] from either account and we will transfer it. Please do not buy it again. Your account
