Record
- Tap the microphone in the bar at the bottom of the home screen. Recording starts right away, and the timer shows how long you have left on your plan.
- Talk the way you think. Pauses, backtracking, and mixed languages are all fine. Tap the pause button if you need a moment.
- Tap the send button when you are done.
Choose what it turns into
Before you send, the picker above the bar has two rows:- Turn into sets the kind of note: Quick Note for a plain write-up, Idea for brainstorming, Task when you are listing things to do, or Meeting for a meeting write-up with decisions and follow-ups. Task notes put the to-dos you mention straight into your to-do inbox.
- Format sets the shape of the text: Bullet Points, Paragraphs, or Dictation, which keeps your words as spoken with the filler cleaned up. Note formats
Read the finished note

- transcript is what you actually said, with the audio player.
