Notes
Every recording or typed entry becomes one note with a title, the write-up, the transcript, and its action items. Notes can be shared as text, copied, given a different format, extended with a follow-up recording, or discussed in AI chat. Your first note Select any text inside a note and choose Make it a to-do from the menu that pops up to turn that line into a task.Collections
A collection is a folder with a brain. Open one and you get three tabs:- list: the notes inside, in full or in a Simplified view.
- to-dos: every to-do from those notes in one place, grouped by note or by due date, with a Set reminder button for the whole collection.
- note: a page you write yourself, for the summary or plan that ties the notes together.
Filing notes into collections
When a note is written, Mumble suggests Recommended collections under its title. Tap one to accept, or the X to reject. You can also file a note from the Collection chip while recording, or from the note’s bottom bar later. Collection Auto Mode does the filing for you: each new voice note goes into the best-matching collection, or a new one if nothing fits. Turn it on from the collection picker or under Settings > AI Mode. It is a Pro feature. Compare plansTo-dos
The to-dos tab sorts your tasks into Important, Today, Upcoming, No schedule, Inbox, and Done. Tap the circle to complete one, or tap the task to set a date, importance, or tags.Where to-dos come from
- Task notes add the to-dos you said out loud to your inbox automatically. Turn this off under Settings > AI Mode > Auto Mode for Task.
- Every other note lists what it found on its action items tab. When Mumble is confident, it shows Mumble picked these out with an Add all button; you can pick a destination such as Today or Important, and Undo all if you change your mind.
- A collection shows Mumble found suggested to-dos with a Review link when new suggestions are waiting.
