Profile

Edit Profile holds your photo, name, a second Google account, the Manage Subscription link, and Delete Account. Your account

AI

  • AI Mode has two switches. Auto Mode for Collection files each new voice note into the best collection on its own (Pro). Auto Mode for Task adds the explicit to-dos from Task notes to your inbox and connected apps without asking.
  • AI Note Language picks the language your notes are written in. Note language
  • App Integrations connects Reminders, calendars, Google, Things, and WhatsApp. App integrations
  • Personal Vocabulary teaches Mumble your names and terms (Pro). Personal vocabulary

Appearance and alerts

  • Notifications chooses which pushes you get. Notifications
  • Theme switches between light, dark, and matching the system.

Help and feedback

  • Help Center opens these guides.
  • What’s New shows what changed in recent versions. What’s new
  • share feedback, the button in the top-right corner, sends us a note or a feature request. Speak it or type it; your recording goes straight to the team.
  • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy open the legal pages.

Updates and the tour

  • Check for Updates shows the installed version and whether a newer one is on the App Store. When one is, the row reads There’s a new version available.
  • Replay Tutorial runs the first-launch walkthrough again.
  • Sign Out signs you out on this phone; your notes stay in your account.
